Miss Asia Northern California is the premier beauty pageant for young women in the United States who trace their ancestry to the fifty-two countries considered part of Asia.

Year after year, a multitude of beauties, exotic with pristine feminine charm, from all over Northern California gather in the name of friendly competition to vie for the coveted title of Miss Asia Northern California.

The pageant's evening ceremonies will include performances by contestants of Element's Asian-American IDOL talent search.

Phil Yeh will be a major judge for the pageant

Phil operates a talent management firm whose past and current rosters include such internationally recognized names as Lisa Marie Scott, Kaila Yu and Esther Hwang.

When he isn't negotiating contracts, producing projects, and booking jobs for his model and talent clients, he keeps busy as the online marketing executive for Googlegear, a $100M retailer of computer hardware. On evenings, he consults for eParty Unlimited, a retailer of party accessories, and on weekends, he throws parties as a partner in production companies Abzolut and Element. 

Phil's undergraduate degree was in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing, and he is an active member of Mensa. When he's not working, he snowboards competitively for the USA Snowboard Association.
