Posted 7/30/03: Help Wanted - Office/Warehouse Assistant

Message: Small business in Belmont has an opening for an Office/Warehouse Assistant.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Handling all mailroom functions, including packaging/sending of mail (ie. USPS, FedEx, UPS)
- Light driving required to deliver packages to Post Office and pick-ups from local vendors
- Answering phone calls, faxing etc.
- Keeping track of inventory
- Keep common areas orderly and stocked with supplies
- Maintain an organized environment in office/warehouse
- General administrative duties
- Basic computer skills
- Other misc. duties as requested by the supervisor

This is initially a part-time position with very flexible hours. Hours can range from 10-20+ hours a week, depending on the availability of the candidate.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
